“Meditation: safe and fair,
cost-less settlements that work.”

What is Mediation?

Mediation is a structured settlement process conducted by a neutral professional. Our private divorce mediation gives you a team of a family law attorney and a divorce coach. Court provided mediation is with a mental health professional only, and is if orders are requested from the judge regarding custody or visitation of children. The court does not supply mediation otherwise. The results of private mediation are enforceable agreements made into orders.

How Mediation Works

Mediation is a structured process. It allows both parties to identify, clarify, and resolve issues raised by their divorce. This is a neutral process which rests on firm ground rules in a confidential setting. Even emotionally charged issues can be talked about safely. Our mediation team helps partners gather and digest necessary information to formulate a more creative, satisfying solution than the court can. When parenting agreements and financial distribution plans are party created, chances are the needs of the entire family are satisfied. Mediated divorces have a higher rate of long-term parental cooperation, and a far lower frequency of costly court returns.

Are you and your spouse candidates to complete a non-combative divorce?
